Event reports are provided to customers or users of services. They are used to inform the customer about details of the event, e.g. why it happened and what measures have been taken to avoid it in the future.
Content of the report
IzzitUp provides three topics to describe an event:
Topic | Description |

Summary | A customer-oriented summary of the event. It should be not too technical and easy to understand |
Root Cause | A classification by one or more root cause categories plus a written description of it |
Mitigation | A description of the measures taken to avoid the event in the future |
Printing the report
Using the Event Report button at the top, a plain web page with the Event Report is created in a new browser tab. From there, it can be printed out using the browser’s printing feature (Ctrl + P).
