|An activitiy went as planned and the desired result was achieved|
|The action was completed successfully but with problems|
|An activitiy did not go as planned and the desired result was not achieved|
An Event usually has an impact on one or more Services. The affected Services and the impact can be set for an event.
|Operational||The service will stay operational during the event.|
|Impaired||The service will be impaired during the event.|
|Outage||The system will be out during the event.|
IzzitUp allows to add comments to an event. Each comment will be stored with a timestamp and are visible to the public on the home page in chronological order. They can be used to post the current step or progress of an event to the user.
