Progress Bar

The Progress Bar allows you to show a visual representation of a progress. You can select the width, color, style and percentage of completion.

Adding the Macro

Edit your page.

Select “+” => Other macros

Type in “Bootstrap” in the Search box

Select the “Bootstrap Progress Bar” macro

Macro Options

Enter the total width of the progress bar.

Select one of the Bootstrap color styles.

Enter the percentage of completion of the progress.

Check to show the fill of the completed part in stripes.

Check to animate the completed part. This only works in combination with the Striped option.

Calendar Progress

With this option enabled, you can display the current progress between two dates. The dates can be specified in the “Start Date” and “End Date” fields. You need to enter them in ISO8601 format: yyyy-mm-dd, e.g. 2021-08-11.

Whenever the page is loaded, Bootstrap Visuals will check the current date and compute its progress compared to the start and end date.

  1. Is it possible to define a variable value for the progress?
Could the function automatically calculate the progress?

    For example:
The training / induction of a person lasts from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022.
On March 31, 2022 it would show 50%
    Show 100% from Jun 30, 2022.

    1. I have implemented the calendar progress feature and published version 2.7.0 now.

  2. Hi Stefan,
that’s actually not a bad idea. Let me think about that. Maybe it can be done. However, allow me some time because I am quite busy with other projects right now.
Thanks for the idea and best regards,
